ENGLISH COURSE  

  

 

Background  

  

Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF), as a medical humanitarian, non-profit organization acting in accordance with the principles of humanitarian assistance, impartiality, neutrality, medical ethics and medical confidentiality, independent from any political, religious, military or economic authority.  

  

In compliance with MSF’s charter and based on an independent assessment of needs, MSF provides medical and humanitarian assistance to populations in distress without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, gender or political convictions, in the contexts of epidemics, endemic diseases, natural disasters and conflicts effected, or exclusion from healthcare is taking up active role as Ministry of Health’s partner in supporting Adolescent Health Program, Covid-19, Disaster and Health Crisis Preparedness response intervention in Banten and DKI Jakarta.   

 

In carrying out their active role, MSF staff Strengthening to have independently skill in the proper English way with various task, writing report, speaking, and discussion with stakeholders, expat people and other international organization. 

Objectives  

Improve ability in terms of:  

1. Increased skills and confidence in using English language as a working language, both in understanding and speaking 
2. Increased skills and confidence in reading English 
3. Increased skills and confidence in writing English using proper grammar and structure 

Qualification and Experiences  

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in teaching English to NGOs, Government Institutions and/or Private Institutions.  
2. Designing learning materials according to the needs of the attendees. 
3. Designing interactive and motivating course activities, such as simulations, games, role-plays, case studies, etc. to diversify the learning methods and bring energy to the participants. 
4. He/she is a Teacher and/or Trainer certified by the National Professional Certification Agency 
5. Able to facilitate group/class learning/in house training both virtually and face to face.  
6. Ability delivers high quality, matching the needs of the students ensuring a maximum impact.  
7. Willing to travel and facilitate training in Labuan, Banten.
