Stop TB Partnership Indonesia is looking for an internship to assist the Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI) program team.

Period	4 months, September – December 2022 (3 days/week)
Working Hour	09:00 - 16:00

Qualification
Final year student or fresh graduate with relevant background study (public health, social science and other related field) Have an interest in TB eliminations Have an experience in developing a report and evaluating a project Having a good analytical thinking and writing skills will be advantage Ability to learn quickly, follow direction, report back on the need, and identify the gap. Proficiency with MS Office software required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Have the capacity to follow the instruction on using monitoring and evaluation system, data management, analysis and reporting, such as Excel (STATA/SPSS/R and other tools would be an advantage); Knowledge in quantitative and qualitative analysis Demonstrates good English language skills (oral, reading, writing) Demonstrates constructive attitude, positive-thinking, effective problem solving, and ability to work and adapt with team members and stakeholders Self-starter with the ability to work independently and to deliver quality work on time

Scope of Work
Stop TB Partnership Indonesia The Stop TB Partnership Indonesia (STPI) is a national platform of Stop TB Partnership. STPI provides a platform of inter-sectoral partnership that supports the National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) since 2013. This organization consists of 75 national and international partners that collaborate to end TB in Indonesia. STPI operates under the strategic direction of a wide range of expertise, such as the Board of Trustees and Advisory Board, representing public health practitioners, academia, development partners, as well as public and private sector. We are looking for an Internship - Monitoring Evaluation Learning & Reporting (MELR) who will support MELR Coordinator in monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning system of STPI programs.
Duties
1.       Support MELR Division in conducting monitoring and evaluation process, including reviewing reports from consultants and field visits. 2.       Support MELR Division in writing reports for several projects. 3.       Maintain communication and coordination with other teams to gather inputs and information related to project. 4.       Support MELR Division in documenting learning from each project.
